This was a dip I created for the superbowl because I know how much people love lots of flavour but tend to, er, undo their pants from overindulging. Don’t feel bad about this dip it’s just beans and flavour – no fat! Not that fat is bad, but I think you’ll consume enough that day 😉 By the way – I made this dip for kids during a cooking class and they thought it looked gross but then they ate it and LOVED it. I asked them what they learned and they said “things that look like poo taste good”. Peed myself laughing, ironically.
Eat as a dip, spread onto sandwiches/wraps – eat however you like!
