As a result she has done work with Street Haven at the Crossroads, St. Christopher’s House, and Interval House.

Ultimately, Sarah’s passion is working with individuals to guide them toward a lifestyle that feels good to them. With a focus on realism, a pinch of humour, and a dash of genuine caring – she provides a recipe that her clients will feel good about.

In her spare time, she enjoys creating recipes and learning about food photography. All of the food pictures on her website have been taken by Sarah herself.
