ABOUT SARAH
Sarah Maughan (she/her) is a multi-faceted online Coach - coaching over 2000 clients individually and in groups since 2009. Sarah is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), PN Level 1 & 2 Certified Master Nutrition Coach, and holds a BA in Psychology. She also has additional specialist certifications as a Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach, a Menopause Coach, and in the FODMAPS approach to IBS. She is also currently working toward her National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach (NBH-WC).
Currently, she has been working at Precision Nutrition as a Nutrition Coach since 2014.
Sarah believes in nutritional balance - there's room for an increased amount of micronutrient rich fruits and vegetables AND dessert (and everything in between!) She believes her clients should have autonomy over what they eat and choose the food that helps THEM feel empowered. As a coach, she aims to help YOU find what works for YOU - that means what works for you physically, mentally, socially, culturally, emotionally, financially, and what works for your family - while also considering your overall goals so you can build a way of eating that feels sustainable for you to do long term.
She helps you conquer an "all or nothing mindset", emotional eating, digestive discomfort, and more! She genuinely cares about making you laugh, educating you and inspiring positive change.
